What you'll do

• Assist with implementation of resident care plans and safety measures
• coordinate and supervise services on assigned units
• round on nursing units and check on staff, acutely ill residents, and new admissions
• support nurses with assessments, care planning, task priorities, education, and supplies
• monitor incident reporting and documentation and help determine preventive measures
• facilitate communication among nurses, providers, responsible parties, vendors, and facility leaders
• support staffing, staff performance reviews, and equipment use
• assist with direct resident care as needed
• respond to and document emergencies.
