Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in Inglewood, CA. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. The position supports Aperto Property Management’s multifamily housing operations and its work to provide service to residents and clients. The assistant manager helps prospective residents through applications, screening, and move-in; coordinates property maintenance work; handles rent and deposit records; and engages with residents to foster a positive living environment while applying community rules consistently.
