What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care
• lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• maintain supplies and equipment
• document observations and coordinate care with other departments.
