What you'll do

• Set tables and linens
• prepare plates, salads, desserts, beverages, and snacks according to menus and recipes
• serve therapeutic diets according to menu extensions
• bus dishes and reset the dining room
• serve ice cream and bar items
• clean assigned areas and equipment
• assist with food preparation and service at dinner shows and special functions
• report resident or family concerns to the Hostess.
