The Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Caregiver role is onsite in Lake Elmo, MN, with stated HHA wages of $17–$22 per hour and CNA wages of $19–$24 per hour. Boulder Ponds is an assisted living, independent living, and memory care community serving seniors. The role provides direct personal care and support that recognizes residents' individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each person with respect and dignity. Caregivers assist with daily activities, engage residents, and support medication administration as part of residents' care.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care to residents
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and other personal care needs described in care plans
• engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care
• assist with medication administration.

Why this role

Available shifts include full-time and part-time morning shifts (6 AM–2 PM or 6:30 AM–10:30 AM), full-time and part-time shifts (2 PM–10 PM), and part-time overnight shifts (10 PM–6 AM); every other weekend is included. Assisted living experience is preferred.
