What you'll do

• Lead global and regional study teams from startup through execution and closeout
• manage trial timelines, scope, risks, and budgets
• drive enrollment strategy
• serve as primary contact for CROs and vendors and oversee their selection and performance
• maintain the Trial Master File and inspection readiness
• resolve quality issues and document deviations
• provide scientific and regulatory input
• coach trial leads and team members
• travel occasionally to scientific and regional meetings.
