What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and equipment for service
• follow recipes and procedures to prepare dishes
• follow food safety and hygiene practices
• keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked
• use FIFO to minimize waste
• notify the Kitchen Manager when ingredients need replenishment
• collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff
• maintain a clean uniform
• report health issues that may affect food handling
• complete additional tasks as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
