What you'll do

• Lead complex electrical system design and multidisciplinary coordination
• develop and uphold QA/QC processes and design practices
• mentor engineers and designers
• partner on design strategy and planning
• advise clients and participate in meetings and pursuits
• contribute to early project planning and improve workflows, tools, and standards.
