The role exists to provide safe, reliable container deliveries, pickups, and exchanges between customer sites and Metro Group facilities. What you'll do

• Safely drive a roll-off truck between customer locations and Metro Group facilities
• operate the roll-off hoist and hydraulic controls to load, unload, place, and exchange containers
• assess site access and hazards before positioning containers
• secure containers and loads, tarp as required, and flag unsafe or overloaded loads
• complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects
• coordinate routes and instructions with dispatch
• provide professional customer service
• complete delivery tickets, container records, scale paperwork, and driving logs
• follow PPE and yard safety requirements and report hazards or incidents.
