What you'll do

• Direct field operations across active modular construction projects
• establish field procedures and staffing plans
• lead and coach field personnel
• conduct site visits
• oversee module delivery, staging, lifting, setting, installation, and commissioning
• coordinate crane and rigging operations, logistics, and trade partners
• align field readiness with factory production
• manage schedules, labor, equipment, subcontractors, safety, quality, and field budgets
• develop standardized procedures and performance measures
• support recruitment and development of field leaders. Regular travel to jobsites and facilities is required.
