• Lead a commercial maintenance crew and assign daily tasks
• ensure properties meet company quality standards
• maintain crew efficiency of 90% or higher
• submit upsell recommendations
• estimate maintenance and cleanup hours
• train and coach crew members on safety, equipment, and procedures
• complete daily paperwork and crew time
• and maintain the truck, trailer, and equipment.
