What you'll do

• Hire, supervise, coach, and review drivers
• build schedules and route assignments
• direct loading and unloading
• ensure CDL, Hours of Service, ELD, and DOT compliance
• oversee barcode scanning and WMS/ERP transactions
• resolve delivery exceptions
• audit documentation
• monitor fleet condition and maintenance
• investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• coordinate material flow and process improvements
• provide backup driving or loading coverage only as needed.
