What you'll do

• Advise investment companies, advisers, and fund boards
• counsel on mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, interval funds, tender offer funds, and business development companies
• assist with formation, registration, product development, and compliance
• draft and review fund documents
• conduct legal research
• advise on securities laws
• represent clients before regulators
• support related financial services matters
• guide junior legal staff
• and use AI tools responsibly and ethically.
