What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day culinary operations across multiple outlets and banquets
• coordinate food and kitchen-ware ordering and monitoring with the Executive Chef
• support staff training and development
• standardize recipes and plate presentation
• assist with menu design, purchasing strategies, and operational management
• work on the line and oversee daily culinary operations.
