Retail Stylist — Jewelry, Piercing & Forever Jewelry

The Stylist creates customer-focused, sales-driven experiences by guiding jewelry selection and performing trained ear-piercing and Forever Jewelry welding services. The role also supports store presentation, inventory, and daily operations while building customer relationships and supporting sales goals.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through jewelry selection and recommend pieces based on style, lifestyle, and budget
• perform device-based ear piercings and Forever Jewelry welding after training
• explain materials, craftsmanship, fit, styling, care, and piercing aftercare
• maintain a clean, stocked sales floor
• support receiving, pricing, restocking, merchandising, and inventory
• collaborate with store leadership and teammates on sales and service standards.
