Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Tyrone, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; occasional overtime may be required. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. MAG Industries is a family-owned manufacturing and distribution company serving customers across the United States. The representative manages customer orders and inquiries, resolves service issues, and coordinates with internal departments to support accurate processing and timely delivery. The role helps maintain customer relationships and service quality through clear communication, careful documentation, and order follow-through.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and internal systems
• process orders in the ERP system
• track order status, shipments, and deliveries
• coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting
• answer product and account questions
• investigate order, shipment, billing, and availability concerns
• maintain customer and order records
• support sales order coordination
• identify recurring issues and process improvements
• assist other departments during high-volume periods.
