Floral Designer Lead

What you'll do

• Plan and execute floral design elements and high-volume production according to approved designs and event requirements
• create arrangements and décor
• guide assigned floral associates and monitor production
• process and store flowers, foliage, and plants
• review worksheets and identify materials and installation needs
• inspect completed arrangements
• prepare, load, deliver, install, and style floral décor
• support event breakdowns and return reusable materials
• coordinate deliveries and pickups
• maintain vehicles and perform pre-trip inspections
• organize warehouse materials
• collaborate on inventory availability and check-in/check-out
• report missing or damaged products
• communicate production and delivery status
• follow safety policies and report hazards.
