Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete service requests and unit turns, including painting, sheetrock and screen repairs, and minor plumbing and electrical work
• perform make-ready repairs to appliances, fixtures, locks, and lighting
• inspect grounds, buildings, systems, and equipment for maintenance needs
• mow lawns and clean gutters
• respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
• maintain ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems
• inspect alarm and fire-protection systems and arrange repairs
• and perform pest-control activities such as insecticide spraying.
