What you'll do

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with vendors
• serve as the onsite vendor contact
• perform light repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
• escalate complex issues
• obtain quotes and track expenses
• provide budget input
• supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff
• manage daily, weekly, and seasonal schedules
• oversee landscaping, parking lot upkeep, snow removal, and seasonal exterior projects
• maintain logs, schedules, and reports
• respond to facility alarms and emergencies on call, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
