Senior Cost Manager – Life Sciences Construction

What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• prepare and present cost plans and estimates
• review estimates with design teams and the general contractor
• reconcile changes and validate cost data
• gather project status and prepare cost updates
• coordinate cost information
• manage cost checks, valuations, cost variances, change control, contingency, and commitment tracking
• prepare funding presentations and coordinate value-engineering sessions
• review contractor pricing and lead client-side negotiations
• produce monthly cost reports
• negotiate and finalize project accounts
• maintain benchmarking data
• coach and mentor talent.
