What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, work surfaces, floors, drains, and structural areas according to GMPs and sanitation schedules
• handle cleaning chemicals according to OSHA and SDS guidance
• maintain clean warehouse and logistics areas
• dispose of waste and monitor pest-control stations
• clean and restock office and employee facilities. As needed, assist on the production line with panning, packaging, labeling, palletizing, or raw-material preparation and handling.
