What you'll do

• Prepare food according to prescribed recipes and methods

• maintain clean and safe kitchen areas, floors, storage, and equipment
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• label and date prepared products
• communicate with kitchen staff
• read tickets and modifications
• assemble and dismantle the workstation.
