What you'll do

• Design technical learning experiences, including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths
• create multimedia content using tools such as Articulate 360
• collaborate with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
• assess learning needs and define objectives and course scope
• maintain certifications and readiness programs
• measure learning effectiveness and improve content based on assessments, feedback, and business outcomes.
