What you'll do

• Direct daily clinical and administrative operations across the behavioral health service line
• supervise nursing and clinical staff
• ensure compliance with safety policies and healthcare regulations
• serve as a liaison among patients, families, medical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership
• manage budgets, resources, and nurse staffing models
• develop and execute continuous quality improvement and clinical outcome initiatives.

Why this role
