What you'll do

• Conduct intake interviews
• collaborate with the clinical team on service and treatment plans
• monitor and assess consumers
• supervise and train MHPs
• provide crisis intervention
• maintain consumer documentation
• manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
• attend clinical team meetings
• may lead recreational, educational, or treatment activities.
