The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) is an onsite role based in Pulaski, NY, with a pay range of $159,000 - $182,000 per year. This position supports the Nine Mile Point Generating Station, contributing to Constellation Energy's mission of providing clean and reliable energy. The role exists to train and prepare candidates to become licensed Operations Shift Supervisors. Upon completion of training, the operator will be licensed by the NRC to supervise reactor control room activities and manage bargaining unit reactor and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT).
• Complete classroom training, examinations, and on-the-job training.
• Supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room.
• Manage bargaining unit reactor and equipment operators.
• Support emergency response and outage activities.
