What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• carry out site security procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report suspicious behavior or conditions
• maintain activity, incident, and patrol documentation
• communicate with site personnel, visitors, law enforcement, and company leadership as needed.
