The manager oversees mid-complexity contracts from package creation and submission through closure, coordinating with business lines, Procurement, Legal, and Risk. The role also supports supplier performance and compliance, improves contract workflows, prepares complete procurement packages, tracks contract milestones, and mentors junior contract staff. The posting requires 5% domestic and international travel.

What you'll do

• Manage contract packages and change orders through closure
• coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and business lines
• prepare complete procurement submissions and pre-tender materials
• monitor contract terms, financial guarantees, supplier performance, and milestones
• maintain contract records
• use SAP to create purchase requests and purchase orders
• mentor junior contract staff
• contribute to process improvement and contract strategy.
