What you'll do

• Prepare settlements, stipulations, contracts, pleadings, briefs, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
• conduct traditional and AI-assisted legal research
• prepare for and attend in-person or virtual legal proceedings
• provide legal counsel
• negotiate on behalf of clients
• maintain accurate client records
• supervise paralegals and legal assistants on assigned matters.
