What you'll do

• Open and maintain new and superseding accounts
• conduct account research and provide check-ordering and notary services
• introduce bank products and services based on customer needs
• prepare account documentation under CIP and BSA policies
• enter accounts in IBS
• assist with audits and certifications
• back up teller and branch operations duties
• support end-of-day cash balancing
• and help train and onboard team members.
