Line Cook — PM

The Line Cook — PM role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with pay of $19–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and special requests.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels, maintain food safety and quality standards, communicate delays and low item counts, account for items leaving the station, and follow food-allergy procedures and special orders.
• Comply with safety and sanitation procedures and work collaboratively with the team.
