What you'll do

• Develop rotating menus that balance resident preferences and nutrition, including modified diets and food allergies
• manage food, supply, and labor budgets, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate culinary staff
• oversee food production, dining room operations, and meal deliveries
• maintain sanitation, food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• engage residents and families and coordinate special dining events
• handle after-hours and weekend on-call staffing responsibilities.
