Provide inpatient care using a multidisciplinary approach to help patients and families deal with serious life-threatening illness and symptom management. Requires BC/BE in Hospice/Palliative Medicine. Training or experience with Geriatric Medicine is a plus. Fellowship training strongly preferred.
