CNC Applications Engineer

What you'll do

• Interpret part drawings and develop machining strategies covering tooling, workholding, and operation sequencing
• generate, modify, and refine CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and CAM output
• troubleshoot and fine-tune Fanuc-controlled equipment
• provide remote and on-site customer support for troubleshooting, training, and process validation
• assist with machine setup, prove-outs, and first-article inspections
• create toolpaths and NC code using CAM software
• refine processes to improve cycle times, surface finishes, and tool life
• maintain process, program, and tooling documentation.
