The Web-to-Print® Pouch Operator Trainee, 2nd Shift is an onsite role in De Pere, WI. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, with a $1-per-hour second-shift differential. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to midnight. The trainee supports Belmark’s printing and packaging production operations. The role exists to train the employee to set up and safely operate a pouch machine while meeting production, safety, and quality standards. The trainee assists with machine setup and operation, checks product quality, and handles production materials and records while developing proficiency for advancement to Web-to-Print Pouch Operator.

What you'll do

• Complete training to operate a pouch machine according to company safety and quality standards
• assist with machine setup and operation
• follow safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements
• monitor quality attributes and perform quality checks and machine adjustments as needed
• pack pouches to customer configuration
• complete raw-material and finished-case or pallet paperwork
• stage raw materials
• assist other departments as required.
