What you'll do

• Deploy, install, configure, and support computers, laptops, peripherals, and hardware
• set up workstations and manage cables
• provide Level I desktop support
• troubleshoot desktop, printer, and peripheral issues
• assist with software installations and account access
• document installations and support
• track inventory and assets
• troubleshoot basic network connectivity
• travel between facilities as needed.
