The Kitchen Team Member, Food Prep role is onsite in Whitestown, IN, on a first-shift schedule of 40 hours per week. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. The role supports Wally’s food service operation by preparing and serving fresh food and maintaining kitchen operations. The team member prepares menu items consistently, supports production and restocking, and maintains clean, food-safe workstations. These tasks help the kitchen deliver the quality and hospitality expected by guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items using recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards
• keep work areas, equipment, utensils, and prep stations clean and organized
• assist with prep, menu assembly, and restocking during busy periods
• follow food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• stock, rotate, and organize ingredients using FIFO practices
• communicate with teammates and leaders.
