• Prepare reports and forms for internal and external stakeholders

• process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and communications
• engage professionally with coworkers, military personnel, contractors, and government employees
• provide safety briefs to visitors
• maintain office inventory and supplies
• follow policies and procedures
• type at least 60 words per minute
• use Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
• handle confidential information discreetly.
