Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care, Full-Time Day

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary team. Demonstrates competency and age/population specific standards. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
