The Field Service Technician (Automated Teller Machine) role is onsite in Charleston, SC, serving ATMs in an assigned territory. Pay is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technology. The technician installs, repairs, maintains, and performs preventive maintenance on ATMs, helping meet customer service obligations and service-level agreements. The role also supports equipment training, inventory processes, and coordination with internal and external support teams.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs or other products in the assigned territory
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• manage spare parts and inventory
• complete reports
• follow security procedures and customer service obligations.
