What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas
• monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• notify appropriate contacts or emergency responders as needed
• accurately document patrols, incidents, and observations.
