Memory Care Program Director

The Memory Care Program Director role is onsite in Hollywood, FL. Pay is $30–$32 per hour. The director organizes person-centered activities and supports safe, engaging surroundings for residents with dementia and related conditions. Through staff training, documentation coordination, and collaboration with health and wellness leaders, the role helps strengthen resident quality of life and memory care services.

What you'll do

• Collaborate on personalized resident care plans
• implement daily programs based on residents’ needs and interests
• oversee environmental safety checks
• assist with memory care move-ins
• maintain programming supplies
• coordinate documentation of behavioral or condition changes
• support volunteer programs
• provide dementia care training
• maintain departmental records and safety data sheets
• coordinate activity budgets
• support hiring and new-hire orientation
• collaborate with sales during tours and events.

Why this role
