The Guest Services Staff member is an onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation is $14.25 per hour. This position supports the BEST Crowd Management team at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center. This role exists to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for event attendees. The staff member will assist with event operations, guide guests, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
