What you'll do

• Represent borrowers, lenders, financial institutions, and other clients in financing transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate syndicated financing documents
• handle commercial lending, trade finance, securitization, receivables, supplier financing, and other secured and unsecured matters
• support domestic and cross-border transactions through closing
• assess legal and commercial risks
• coordinate transaction participants
• manage workstreams
• supervise junior associates and paralegals
• develop client relationships and provide business-oriented legal advice.
