Compensation is $115,000–$135,000+ annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Trifecta Equipment Contracting performs heavy civil and site construction across West and Central Texas. The estimator leads estimating and preconstruction from plan review and quantity takeoffs through bid preparation, risk analysis, and operational handoff. The role helps leadership select viable pursuits and protects project profitability by evaluating scope, costs, constructability, and field conditions before work begins.

What you'll do

• Lead quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid summaries
• review drawings, specifications, geotechnical information, and bid documents
• estimate earthwork, excavation, utilities, roadway, and related scopes
• develop production assumptions
• coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• evaluate risk, constructability, profitability, and bid viability
• support budgeting and value engineering
• conduct site visits as needed
• maintain estimating data
• coordinate pursuit strategy and prepare project handoff packages.
