Effective asset tracking, staging, shipping, warranty processing, and e-waste coordination help ensure equipment is available, managed securely, and retired responsibly.

What you'll do

• Maintain IT hardware inventory and asset records in the ITSM platform
• oversee receiving, tagging, storage, and shipping
• manage laptop imaging and staging
• process RMAs and warranty replacements
• coordinate secure hard-drive shredding and e-waste recycling
• coordinate equipment needs with Development and Remote Support
• coach team members
• prepare monthly operational summaries
• review team time entries.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical, computer, supply chain, or related field is preferred. Prior technical hardware and supervisory experience are highly desired.
