What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Leasing Specialists
• set goals and provide feedback
• support recruiting, onboarding, and retention. Execute leasing strategy, monitor performance, respond to leads, participate in tours and lease closing, and partner with property leadership on rates and concessions. Support resident relationships and retention, maintain accurate leasing records and reports, and keep units and tour routes ready.
