What you'll do

• Conduct scheduled interior and exterior security patrols
• monitor cameras, alarms, and access systems
• respond to guest, associate, and emergency situations
• investigate and document incidents
• secure exterior doors and restricted areas
• complete preventative maintenance inspections
• respond to overnight maintenance requests
• perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, and general repairs
• replace routine maintenance items
• assist with room repairs and guest needs
• communicate overnight activities to hotel teams.
