Human Resources Director

• Align HR strategy with business growth and transformation
• advise executives on organizational design, talent, and change
• lead recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding
• develop culture, engagement, performance, training, and succession programs
• administer compensation and benefits
• ensure labor-law compliance and manage policies, records, investigations, and audits
• oversee HRIS and workforce KPIs
• oversee payroll and partner across business units.
