The Maintenance Technician — Hotel Facilities role is onsite in Perrysville, OH, with a 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift. Pay is $14 per hour. The position supports Mohican Lodge’s hotel maintenance quality standards. The technician performs major repairs and preventive maintenance and helps keep hotel facilities, grounds, supplies, and safety conditions in good order. This work supports guest satisfaction and the day-to-day operation of the property.

What you'll do

• Perform major repairs and preventive maintenance
• clean and maintain the pool area and exercise room
• keep grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, breezeways, stairs, and entrances clear
• report issues affecting guest satisfaction
• maintain storage areas and supplies
• check exterior lighting
• identify and address safety hazards
• maintain stockroom inventory.
